Women’s Open Share Groups
Chemical Addiction:
If, when you honestly want to, you find you cannot quit drinking or using entirely, or if you have little control over the amount you consume, you are probably an alcoholic and/or an addict. This group will offer you strength to help you stop your addictive behavior.
Codependent:
In its broadest sense, codependency can be defined as an addiction to people, behaviors, or things. Codependency is the fallacy of trying to control interior feelings by controlling people, things and events on the outside. To the codependent, control or lack of it is central to every aspect of life.
Freedom From Anger:
(Not an anger management class) Anger is one of our ten basic, God-given emotions. The focus of the Anger Group is on giving Jesus a “NANO SECOND” (Just one billionth of a second!) to help us use all of our emotions according to God’s design for our lives, and to appropriately change our pattern of relating to others and our responsibilities.
Hurts, Habits and Hang-ups:
This group is for people whose issues may not fit into our issue specific groups.
Food Addiction:
Provides support to any who struggle with food issues and will focus on strengthening the individual’s relationship with God. This will provide freedom from the ongoing internal battle with food. You can expect to become closer to God through His Word, the Recovery Principles and the love and support of others.
Recovery From Physical, Emotional and Sexual Abuse: This group offers a safe place to share the painful experiences of our lives and provides a loving environment for healing.
Men’s Open Share Groups
Anxiety and Depression:
This group is for men that suffer from anxiety and depression. IT IS NOT A THERAPY GROUP NOR IS IT INTENDED TO REPLACE YOUR MEDICATION OR COUNSELOR. Many that struggle with anxiety and depression find it hard to socialize and often stay withdrawn in their own world. Relationships are difficult to maintain because many feel others do not understand their suffering. This group will give encouragement and support you when you are facing difficult choices in your life.

Renewal from Sexual Addiction:
CR offers Christ-centered support for men seeking recovery from lust and compulsive sexual behaviors. Freedom is within reach, with the power and love of Jesus Christ as our cornerstone for recovery, and the fellowship, accountability and mutual support of the group.
